No, our service is on a subscription basis which may be cancelled or paused at anytime for any reason. All services will need to be paid before services are rendered. For example, June 1 invoice will cover the month's service from June 1st to June 31st.

Yes! We are perfectly fine with friendly, non-aggressive dogs in the yard while we are working. We have treats for our furry friends too, which we give at each visit with the owner's permission. Any aggressive or guard dogs will need to be inside while we clean in order to keep our team members safe. In the incident that they are not inside during our scheduled visit, your cleaning session will be skipped that day.

One of our trained, uniformed, and insured professionals will be coming to clean your yard. On first visits, they will knock to introduce themselves before getting to work.

Once our trained professionals are finished scooping your yard, they will double bag the waste and place it in your outside bin.

No, you will not need to be present while we come to clean your yard. We simply ask that you provide us with access to your backyard through the side gate. If a code or lockbox is needed, you will need to provide that information for us. We will not access the yard by entering your home for the safety of our workers.

You will receive a text message about 60 minutes before we arrive letting you know that we are on our way. A typical job takes no more than 30 minutes to complete. After the job is completed, you will receive a text message with a photo of your gate locked and secured to ensure the safety of your pets.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and gift cards. When you sign up for service, you will have access to the client portal. From there, you will be able to securely input your card information .

First select the frequency of service you would like to receive. We have bi-weekly, weekly, and twice a week options. Next, fill out our sign up form and one of our representatives will get back with you shortly in order to complete the sign up.

If you refer someone, and they sign up for our services, both you and the person you referred will receive one free cleaning session.
